Habit trying to learn: sleep by 9pm
outcome after 1 week: total and utter failure (note: I am typing this at 23:02)
New plan: to try and change my bedtime by a maximum of 30 minutes each week to gradually reach a 9pm bedtime. Next week I aim to be asleep every day by 11:30pm. The week after that by 11pm etc. Will review each weekend.
